DAY 01
:ARRIVE
DELHI
Arrive Delhi in the evening. Upon arrival, you shall met &
assisted with your baggages at the airport by our executive and
transferred to prebooked Hotel.
New & Old Delhi is the distinction between the capitals of the
British & the Moghuls respectively. So, wherever the visitor goes,
he will invariably confront the citys’ past.
DAY 02 :DELHI
SIGHTSEEING.
After breakfast, half day city tour of Old Delhi.
Visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. drive past Red
Fort,; Chandni Chowk and Rajghat - the cremation site of Mahatma
Gandhi.
Afternoon, city tour of New Delhi Visit Humayuns Tomb : Qutab
Minar, drive past India Gate, President House, Connaught Place.
The tour ends with a visit to Laxmi Narayan Temple.Overnight at
Hotel.
DAY 03
: DELHI - JAIPUR (269 KMS / 5 HRS)
Morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur.On arrival at Jaipur,
check into the hotel.in the afternoon city sightseeing covering
City Palace,Royal Observatory,Nawab Sahab Ki Haveli, in the
evening visit the local colorful Bazaar etc. O/N stay at hotel.
DAY 04 : JAIPUR
This morning after breakfast, In the afternoon, visit the "pink
city" so-called because a great deal of the older part is built of
pink-colored stone. Visit the Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace), a high and
intricately carved wall behind which women of the court were
sequestered while watching processions. Also see the Observatory
and the City Palace, which houses an excellent collection of
Rajasthani costumes, miniatures and an armory of Rajput weapons.
Enjoy lunch at Local Rajasthani Restaurant and see the largest
turban museum in Rajasthan. Enjoy dinner in the hotel. Overnight
at Hotel.
DAY 05
: JAIPUR - FATEHPUR SIKRI - AGRA
After
breakfast, leave for Agra, enroute visit the abandoned Mughal city
of Fatehpur
Sikri : built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim
Chisti, Panch Mahal. Continue drive to
Agra.
Upon arrival, check-in at prebooked hotel.
DAY 06 :
AGRA - DELHI
After
breakfast, city tour of Agra. Visit Red fort, which was built by
Emperor Akbar in 1565, Itmad-ud-daulah, - The Taj Mahal, which
was constructed by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal.
Afternoon, leave for
Delhi enroute visit Sikandra - Mughal Emperor Akbar's Mausoleum..
Continue drive to
Delhi. Arrive Delhi
and check-in at prebooked hotel.
DAY 07 : DELHI -
HARIDWAR (TRAIN, SHATABDI EXPRESS, 0700-1120 HRS)/HARIDWAR-RISHIKESH (DRIVE)
Early morning, transfer to the railway station to board Shatabdi
Express for
Haridwar.
Arrive Haridwar and proceed to Rishkesh - The town of Ashrams
and Temples, Ghats and Pilgrims, Mountains and the holy Ganges. Arrive Rishikesh & check-in at prebooked Hotel.
Afternoon, city tour of
Rishikesh.
In the evening, visit the banks of river
Ganges to encounter evening life as well as special Arti "The Prayer dedicated
to Goddess Ganges". . After experiencing above trace your steps
back to the hotel.
DAY 08 : RISHIKESH - HARIDWAR (DRIVE) / HARIDWAR-DELHI
(TRAIN, SHATABDI EXPRESS, 1810-2245 HRS)
Morning at leisure - free for optional activities *.
Option A : Early morning yoga Class with traditional Indian
Guru - Early morning one to two hrs initiation class of yoga &
mediation with relaxation of body and mind in one of the best
Ashrams on the banks of Holy Ganges.
Option B : Early morning sunrise trip to Kunja Puri.- Early
morning drive one hr on the mountain roads to mountain top - Kunja
Puri. Enjoy walking through the Himalayan forests and panoramic
view of Greater Himalayan peaks.
Option C : Rafting Down the
Ganges. - Experience the ultimate excitement of rafting down the
Ganges.
Option D : Ayurvedic messages & treatments. -Rejuvenate
your body & mind with time tested ancinat Indina Measasages &
treatments.
Option E : Nature Walks - Listen the sound of forest & Feel
the thin fresh breeze blowing through Himalayan forests
After lunch, drive back to Haridwar : one can explore the temples
of Haridwar & Har Ki Pari Ghats or take a rope way to Chadi Devi
temple to enjoy the rope way and view of Haridwar. Explore the
area and transfer to Railway station to Board train for
Delhi. Dinner on Board. Arrive
Delhi and transfer to prebooked hotel.
DAY 09 : DEPART
DELHI
Morning, Transfer to the airport to board flight back home on
onward destination. |
